Key Responsibilities:
  • Acquire properties for sale/ rent.
  • Keep the client abreast about the sales process.
  • Network with professionals to expand work opportunities and relationships to specialise in an area/ community.
  • Present to potential clients and conduct viewings.
  • Prepare necessary documentation for transactions.
  • Stay updated on market trends and best practices.
Qualification and Skills required:
  • Sales negotiation, communication and client relationship skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Experience in real estate market of Dubai is preferred
  • Prior sales experience in banking/ insurance/ motor industry
  • Financially driven and highly motivated
  • Presentable with a professional image
  • Valid driving license
  • Native English speaker (preferred)
