• Art: The third component brings the largest area for arts galleries in the Mena region to Dubai and connects the area to Downtown.
• Sustainability & Entrepreneurship: The Fourth component of the project will provide the infrastructure promoting entrepreneurship and bolstering innovation throughout the community.

One of the more notable communities will be District One, a residential development which will host a tennis academy, golf course, 600 acres of open green spaces and 7km of stunning crystal blue lagoons and a wave pool with man-made beach area.
